Refund policy

All products are made-to-order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll happily offer a free reprint or refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue. There’s no need to return the item.

All boxing collector cards are custom printed on demand, so all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Because each card is produced specifically for the customer, we cannot restock or resell returned items. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing error on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
